Blaga, mediteranska klima i istinski trud zajedno mogu polu\u010diti sjajne rezultate. Brojni su primjeri koji opravdavaju ovu tvrdnju, a jedan od njih je i suvremena Uljara \u201cMikuli\u0107\u201d u Ljubu\u0161kom.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ona postoji ve\u0107 dvije godine, a impresivni maslinik zasa\u0111en je prije pet godina. Uljara \u201cMikuli\u0107\u201d za svoj predani rad osvojila je i sedam zlatnih medalja, a zadnja od njih im je dodjeljena u Stocu na manifestaciji \u201chercegova\u010dki plodovi Mediterana\u201d. Oviha dana u uljari i u masliniku se radi punom parom. Stoga smo posjetili ovaj zanimljivi biser hercegova\u010dkog gospodarstva, i to ba\u0161 u najbolje vrijeme \u2013 vrijeme branja plodova i prerade. Za prepoznatljivu i jedinstvenu kvalitetu maslinovog ulja zaslu\u017eni su i radnici ove uljare koji ovih dana nesebi\u010dno rade, nerijetko i do kasno u no\u0107 zbog velikog obima posla. Mi vam donosimo foto-pri\u010du sa bojama, mirisima, okusima i vizijom da se upornim zalaganjem i trudom mo\u017ee posti\u0107i sve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maslinik danas broji preko 6000 stabala. Opremljen je sustavom navodnjavanja i fertirigacijom (prehrana maslina preko sistema za navodnjavanje).Jedan je od najve\u0107ih u hercegovini i regiji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sadnja 10\u00d76 metara<br \/>Povr\u0161ina 40 hektara<br \/>Sorte : Oblica 80% \/ Istarska bjelica 5% , Le\u0107ino i Pendolino 10% \/ Bu\u017ea i ostale 5%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obitelj Mikuli\u0107 proizvodi vlastito ekstra djevi\u010dansko maslinovo ulje vrhunske kvalitete , koje zadovoljava sve standarde za izvoz u EU. Njezine pogodnosti i usluge koriste mali i veliki uzgajiva\u010di maslina iz cijele Hercegovine. U sklopu uljare nalazi se ku\u0161aonica iz koje se pru\u017ea direktan pogled na uljaru i gdje se \u201eu\u017eivo\u201c mo\u017ee promatrati cjelokupan proces dobivanja ulja.U ugodnom ambijentu mo\u017eete ku\u0161ati maslinovo ulje, probati doma\u0107e specijalitete, te porazgovarati o kvaliteti ulja i njegovoj prednosti u odnosu na druga ulja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Op\u0107e je poznato da je maslinovo ulje zdravo i smanjuje kolesterol te poma\u017ee u reguliranju razine inzulina. Dobro je i za ko\u017eu , kosti i zglobove. No, ono mo\u017ee biti i za\u0161tita protiv raka zbog svog bogatstva polifenolima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u010dinci maslinovog ulja na ljepotu su jedinstveni: sadr\u017ei antioksidanse, vitamine A, D, K i E koji su klju\u010dni u postupku protiv starenja ko\u017ee. Odli\u010dno je ne samo za izravno nano\u0161enje na ko\u017eu, ve\u0107 i kao sastojak krema i pilinga za tijelo i tretmane za njegu kose i noktiju. \u010cak se i Kleopatra kupala u kupkama s maslinovim uljem koje su njenu ko\u017eu \u010dinile glatkom i sjajnom.
